Will is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at UI Charitable, where he builds and strengthens relationships that connect generosity with meaningful impact. He works closely with families, business owners, and philanthropists to develop strategies that reflect both their values and long-term aspirations.
Before joining UI, Will gained deep experience in real estate land development and holistic land management through his family’s multi-generational office. This background gave him a lasting appreciation for long-term stewardship, sustainable growth, and aligning resources with vision.
Will is drawn to work that helps others act on what matters most. Outside of his role, he finds balance in hunting, fishing, and spending time in the natural world. He also enjoys following college basketball and rodeo, reflecting a lifelong passion for community, tradition, and competition.
