Emma is the Operations Manager in Finance & Accounting at UI Charitable, where she oversees and enhances Donor-Advised Fund operations. She leads the management and optimization of financial systems, ensures accurate reporting, streamlines internal processes, and drives improvements to strengthen efficiency and compliance. She also plays a key role in donor services by managing contributions and overseeing grant activities.
Emma brings years of expertise in financial and operational management. She is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting at Utah Valley University and plans to obtain her CPA certification to further deepen her expertise in financial and nonprofit operations.
