Jaxson Thomas

Jaxson is an Impact Analyst at UI Charitable, where he provides strategic support to donors and partners through social impact consulting, organizational due diligence, and outcome-focused evaluation. His work helps ensure that charitable capital is aligned with effective, mission-driven organizations.

Before joining UI Charitable, Jaxson studied Finance at Brigham Young University, where he developed a strong foundation in data analysis, research, and social innovation. He brings experience in theory of change analysis, qualitative and quantitative evaluation, and storytelling that connects donors to meaningful results.
