Chai Patel Robinson is a finance and fintech executive, entrepreneur, and impact strategist with more than fifteen years of experience across banking, financial technology, sustainability, workforce development, and public-private partnerships. She is the founder of Evergood, a sustainability and impact advisory firm, and the founder of AscendIQ and Motherboard, platforms focused on entrepreneurship, workforce readiness, and economic empowerment.
Her career includes senior leadership roles at Fundation Group, HSBC, PNC Bank, Zions Bancorporation, and Bank of Hawaii, with expertise spanning strategy, operations, product development, and growth. She also served as Chief External Affairs Officer for a national military family advocacy organization and most recently as Chief Impact Officer at 100 Women in Finance, a global association of women executives in asset management.
A recognized speaker and thought leader, Chai has spoken at more than 100 global conferences on finance, sustainability, leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation. She currently serves on several nonprofit and advisory boards, including the Executive and Investment Committees of UI Advisors.
Chai holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas, an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University, and an MBA from the University of Utah’s Eccles School of Business.
