Todd is a co-founder of UI Charitable Advisors and joined fulltime to oversee program oversight and development for all products other than our flagship DAF. Previously, he was a founder and director of both Unitus, an early 2000s impact investing organization, and BYU’s Ballard Center for Social Impact, the world’s largest university program focused on social impact. While at the Ballard Center he created the Social Impact Cycle, an easy to learn methodology that helps social impact organizations to produce greater impact. Todd has been on the board of multiple social impact organizations and currently serves as a board member and executive board member for University Impact.

He holds a Masters in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University. Prior to his career in social impact, Todd worked in the computer industry in the Pacific Northwest.
