Lindsey has over a decade of experience in research, philanthropy, and public health. As a researcher for the Oregon Health Authority, she identifies policies and programs throughout the U.S. that are advancing positive outcomes for people at the intersection of mental health and criminal justice. Previously, Lindsey led international grantmaking for Peery Foundation where she also advocated for trust-based philanthropy. She built public health expertise as an applied community researcher working across philanthropic, public, and nonprofit programs and while managing HIV/STI data at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation. She is also pursuing a Master of Public Health degree, focusing on the interdependencies of social determinants of health, place, and systemic injustice.
